2014 Best Picture Oscar Contenders

It is always fun for me to research and then speculate what films may very well shine and rise to the top as the possible 5 to 10 Best Pictures Nominees for the entire year.
Of course there are always two to three films, never on anyone’s radar screen, that come out of total obscurity to become the must see buzz film of that year.
So, with my best intentions, I have assembled those films that in 2013 I feel from a combination of the story and plot line, the director and the actors cast offer the best possibility to be in that rare select group.
If you are a film fan like me, take a moment to scan over this brief grouping I have compiled to keep yourself aware as the chase for the Oscar Gold statue to be awarded in February 2014 begins again NOW!
