  1. I REALLY like the idea of this. I'm trying to think about really good movies where the city or state is just as much of a character as any of the humans and a few of my favorites came to mind:

Breakfast at Tiffany's -- HELLO! How can NYC be mentioned w/o this film? I mean really there are probably 100 for NY but that's my personal favorite.
Silver Linings Playbook -- Philly and the Eagles were definitely characters in the film.
    The Hangover -- For Nevada
    8 Mile -- Michigan
Steel Magnolias & Eve's Bayou-- Louisiana
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil -- GA
    Garden State -- New Jersey

But I am going to have to think more about this. I think we can do better than Argo for DC. Oh and I couldn't contain my excitement when I saw Singles for Seattle. I LOVE that movie! Thought I was the only one.

  2. I worked on this knowing I would forget some that I would later be terribly embarrassed to have left off........... B@T and Silver Lining Playbook should of been on there.......
